About the role
We're looking for a confident and approachable P&C Coordinator to join our People and Culture (P&C) team on a 12-month contract. This is a varied, people-focused role that plays a big part in delivering a great employee experience. In this role, you will:
- Recruitment Support
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including drafting job ads, posting to job boards, managing interview logistics, and preparing employment contracts and documentation.
- Onboarding & Probation
Deliver a seamless onboarding experience by scheduling welcome sessions, managing system access, and conducting probation check-ins with employees and managers.
- HR Systems & Administration
Maintain accurate records and data in our HRIS, ensure templates, letters, and policies are current, and support compliance with internal processes and legislative requirements.
- Team Engagement & Events
Assist with the coordination of internal events, employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and compliance-related activities, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Generalist HR Support
Be a trusted point of contact for general HR queries, supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycleâfrom onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
- Employee Relations Support
Attend and provide administrative support for sensitive meetings such as performance management discussions or behaviour-related issues, helping to ensure documentation and processes are handled with care and confidentiality.
About you
You’re someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable managing competing tasks, and takes pride in being reliable and responsive. You’re a strong communicator who knows how to keep things moving, build trust, and maintain confidentiality. To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a HR admin, coordinator or generalist support role
- Confidence to attend and support performance-related meetings when required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- An organised approach and ability to manage priorities
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to get involved wherever needed
- Familiarity with the Fair Work Act or Modern Awards
- Experience using HR systems or platforms, with exposure to tools like Humanforce, Culture Amp, or Reward Gateway viewed favourably
