We are looking for one Application Support Analyst to be based in our Perth Office and the other to be based in our Adelaide Office to support our operating hour needs. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be working as part of the Customer Support team assisting our clients with their technical queries. Being able to drive client satisfaction, work with the multiple teams and manage your time effectively, will be a key part of this role. In this role you will:Get to know the INX products inside out.Have a great understanding of Technology.Provide level frontline support to INX Customers.Ensure that all support tickets are logged, managed, and resolved effectively.Engage and collaborate with internal teams to resolve support tickets.Work 7.6 hours a day between 8am – 8pm on a rotating shift pattern. A little about youWe're looking for somebody that is positive, enthusiastic, and has a customer centric attitude.
