This role forms part of our senior leadership group and is responsible for defining and delivering the INX data strategy and architecture to grow a new data insights capability.  The Head of Data and Analytics role is responsible for:Create the INX data strategy, including the data platform architecture that aligns to our wider technology and business strategy/objectives and covers security and data governance concerns.Develop necessary business cases for funding required to deliver on the strategic initiatives.Collaborate with our professional services teams to identify opportunities to increase the value they offer to customers and as a result, increased value return to INX.Work across the business to develop new data and insight capabilities that can be commercialised as a new product offering or integrated into the suite of existing products used by our customers.Support the team in ongoing management of existing platforms and business process the Data team is responsible for, strive to find ways to improve the performance, capabilities and resiliency of the services we provide to our customers.We’d like you to have7+ years managing data analytics and engineering teams – preferably building data products using modern big data and application tools.Tertiary education in Computer Science or relevant work experienceTechnical skills/knowledge across a combination of the following (incl. similar tools not listed): Proprietary analytics platforms and data visualisation tools (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, PowerBI), well versed in an array of technologies and tools for machine learning & AI and data engineering.Good depth and problem-solving skills in productionising models and analytics.A practical understanding of applying agile and product management best practices to data and analytics.Excellent stakeholder management with GM and executive levels, including non-technical. Working at INX SoftwarePeople are at the heart of what we do.
