The Role

We are looking for 2 Product Owner’s to join us in a full-time role at INX Software, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our product offerings. Collaborating closely with internal teams and key stakeholders, you'll balance user needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and financial viability to inform the product roadmap and strategy. Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, you'll contribute to a portfolio of products and work across various domains.

As a Product Owner in this role you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog to deliver value to end users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver products aligned with the company and product's vision and strategy.
• Engage in research and lean experiments to inform product decisions and design.
• Train and mentor internal teams to achieve better outcomes for clients.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to refine user stories and align with the product direction.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to inform product features and direction.
• Become a subject matter expert in assigned environmental and workforce domains.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for your product.

About You

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

• Tertiary education in a business or technology-related field or relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner is required.
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design and service design methodologies.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, visual design and copywriting.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
• Desirable certifications such as CSPO or PSPO is preferred.
• Experience within the mining domain is advantageous.
• Experience in pre-sales and client management is a plus.
