Our Systems Administrator will provide support to devices, systems and applications within INX, as well as contributing to ongoing investment in security controls.In this varied role, you will take ownership of tasks and will work alongside other members of the Technology Operations team to provide high-level service. You will participate in the implementation and monitoring of system performance and disaster recovery. You will also work closely with the Technology Operations team to provide assistance and resolve escalated issues and requests as required.As the Systems Administrator you’ll be responsible for:Providing operational support for user-facing servers, networks and services.Resolving IT service tickets within agreed timeframes by following the relevant processes and ensuring all tickets are correctly documented.Working with the Security Operations and IT support team to implement, manage and support mobile device management capabilities and Identity Management processes.Participating in the automation of server patching and monitoring.Collaborating with Technology Operations team on lifecycle management to ensure that local IT assets are fully and effectively used during their effective life.
