You will be required to:  Empower, lead, coach and grow the scrum team to be successful, self-organised and adaptive. Participate in scrum events, remove impediments for the delivery team and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow and improvement. Manage our SAM product suite, while modernising parts of the application as part of a broader transformation program of work. Lead the delivery of key initiatives working closely with the Product Owner and Architecture team to create clarity on solution design. Collaborate with the product team and various functions across the business through all phases of development to deliver on-time, high-quality software. Be hands-on, conducting code reviews and developing code as required. Be hands-on leading the DevOps practices in the team. Be part of our Software Engineering leadership team in creating the future of our organisation.What you will bring to the table  A willingness to learn and grow. Experience in managing remote teams and working remotely. Prior experience working in a commercial/enterprise agile environment. Experience in OO languages, RDBMS and An understanding of the SDLC, DevOps & DevSecOps is advantageous. An Agile mindset and sound understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum. An ability to deal with ambiguity, pull apart complex problems and solve them.
